Managing Your Vehicles
To avoid paying for vehicles you no longer own or use, follow these steps:
Keep your list up-to-date: Manually remove license plates for sold vehicles or old rentals from the app immediately.
Toggle off CameraPark: If you don't want to delete a vehicle but want to stop automatic billing, ensure the "CameraPark" feature is deactivated for that specific license plate.
Rental Cars: Always deactivate the service as soon as you return a rental car. The system cannot detect when a rental period ends.
Troubleshooting & Issues
Why was I charged for a car I no longer own?
If a session starts for a car you've sold or returned, it means that license plate is still active in your account with CameraPark enabled. The system will continue to bill the account on file whenever that vehicle enters a camera zone until you manually remove it.
My session is still active, or I was charged incorrectly.
If you have an active session that won't end, or you need to report an error:
In-App: Tap the 'Report an issue' button directly within the active parking session.
Email Support: Contact us with the following details:
License plate number
Start date/time
Actual end time of the parking
